Registrations are now open! Join Europe’s bio-based community to discuss how to turn high-potential innovation into large-scale industrial reality.

RootLinks is pleased to highlight a major opportunity for organisations, innovators, and stakeholders active in Europe’s circular and bio-based transition. The second edition of the CBE JU Stakeholder Forum will take place on 24 March 2026 in Brussels, convening industry leaders, policymakers, national authorities, investors, and project teams to examine one essential question:

What must still be done to ensure Europe’s bio-based innovations scale into robust industrial solutions?

As the EU advances key frameworks—the updated EU Bioeconomy Strategy and the forthcoming Biotech and Circular Economy Act—this Forum arrives at a decisive moment for bio-based deployment across regions and sectors.

Participants will engage in panel discussions exploring:

  • Achievements and real-world impacts of CBE JU-funded projects
  • Successful regional and sectoral bio-based business models
  • How the EU can retain global leadership in the bioeconomy
  • Opportunities to accelerate industrial-scale roll-out across Europe

An exhibition throughout the day will spotlight prototypes, technologies, and materials developed within the CBE JU community: an excellent chance to meet project teams and experience innovation firsthand. With more than 400 stakeholders expected, the Forum offers significant networking opportunities for RootLinks partners and community members working at the interface of innovation, sustainability, and scaled deployment.

Registration is free but compulsory, and early registration is strongly advised (deadline: 21 March 2026).
