Self-assessment guides and demo initiatives for bio-based business models development

We strengthen the capacity of agricultural PP to assess, develop and adopt circular biobased business models through practical, accessible tools and reallife learning. We develop and validate an easytouse selfassessment guide that enables PP to review their existing business model, identify available and underutilised biomass, residues and byproducts, and explore feasible biobased valorisation pathways through structured questions and stepbystep reflection, without reliance on external consultancy.

By demonstration and knowledgesharing activities, including webinars, a European repository of best practices, demo visits and peertopeer exchanges, we allow PP to learn from existing operational biobased business cases, gain insight into market conditions and value chain dynamics, and interact directly with other farmers, industry actors and technical experts.

We support improved decisionmaking, increased awareness of biomass valorisation opportunities, and stronger positioning of PP in highervalue segments of biobased value chains, contributing to more active and informed participation in marketoriented and collaborative circular biobased systems.
