Aquatic Bioeconomy Connect Series
Aquaculture and fisheries producers may have promising ideas and valuable biomass or side streams but lack the contacts to turn this potential into business activities. New circular bio-based projects often depend on links to business partners, researchers, finance actors, regional organisations or other producers. Limited biomass volumes or capacities can make such cooperation even more important.
B2 will create opportunities for these actors to meet, exchange ideas and explore opportunities for cooperation.
What we want to achieve
Connect actors across aquatic and terrestrial sectors to turn commercial potential into concrete partnerships and circular bio-based value chains.
What we will deliver
A series of online and in-person matchmaking and exchange events that link producers with businesses, researchers, investors and regional organisations, with follow-up through existing platforms and networks.
What this can change
Producers can build new cross-sector partnerships, develop joint projects and create more value from aquatic biomass and side streams.
