Learn about the EU’s upcoming Bioeconomy Strategy, investment opportunities, and how Green Assist can support organisations developing sustainable bio-based projects.

CINEA, the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency of the European Commission, will hold an online information session on 27 November 2025 to present upcoming developments in the bioeconomy sector and the support available through the Green Assist Advisory Initiative. The session will take place from 11:00 to 12:30 CET via MS Teams.

During the event, representatives of the European Commission (DG ENV) will outline the forthcoming EU Bioeconomy Strategy and the investment needs associated with its implementation. Participants will also hear from a Green Assist expert and a project already benefiting from the initiative, offering a practical perspective on how Green Assist contributes to strengthening project development, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing business outcomes.

The session is intended for organisations and stakeholders engaged in bioeconomy projects across the EU, as well as in Moldova, Ukraine and Iceland. It aims to increase awareness of the opportunities and advisory support available to those investing in sustainable bio-based solutions.

Registration remains open until 26 November 2025.
