RootLinks is pleased to share information on EUBCE 2026, the 34th edition of the European Biomass Conference and Exhibition. With over four decades of history, EUBCE has become a reference event for tracking the evolution of the biomass sector and exploring future directions for bioenergy and the circular bioeconomy.

EUBCE 2026 will bring together around 1,500 experts from academia, industry and policymaking, representing more than 60 countries. The programme combines a high level scientific conference with exhibitions, workshops and interactive sessions, offering strong opportunities for knowledge exchange and collaboration.

Participants can expect a rich networking environment, supported by a welcome reception, conference dinner and dedicated networking lunches. The exhibition area will showcase EU funded projects and include an exhibition forum designed to connect researchers, academic institutions and industry leaders.

The scientific programme is coordinated by the European Commission Joint Research Centre and covers the full range of biomass research, technologies and applications, with a strong focus on bringing cutting edge research closer to market, supported by Circular Bio-Based Europe.
