Looking to connect with potential partners for future Horizon Europe projects in agriculture and rural areas? The EU CAP Network is inviting stakeholders to express their interest in participating in “From Practice to Impact: Building Horizon Europe Collaborations for Agriculture and Rural Areas”, a brokerage event taking place in Brussels, Belgium, on 5-6 November 2026.
The event will bring together researchers, farmers, advisors, innovation brokers, rural entrepreneurs, representatives of Operational Groups, funding organisations and innovation networks to exchange ideas and build partnerships for future Horizon Europe proposals.
Participants will have the opportunity to present project concepts, identify complementary expertise, and network around topics expected to feature in the Horizon Europe Cluster 6 and Mission Soil 2027 work programmes, including:
- Agrobiodiversity and sustainable agricultural practices;
- Resilient and competitive farming systems;
- Climate-smart and clean farming;
- Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS);
- Healthy soils.
The programme will involve researchers, farmers, advisors, innovation brokers, rural entrepreneurs, representatives of Operational Groups, funding bodies, and innovation networks from across Europe, creating a valuable space for networking and consortium building.
